The packaging is good, the device works. It is easy to clean. The preheating function works, but it takes time for it to heat up. The plastic parts of the joystick with the buttons are a bit wobbly. Overall it's a great device and design. I only used it once and it gives the same feel as any silicone cup, but thanks to its powerful motor and fast speed it has advantages if you play with it a bit.
