Since this is a custom-made product, we do not accept cancellations or returns unless there is a quality issue after you place your order.If there is a quality issue, you must cover the return shipping costs, which are approximately €100.

If the product you receive is damaged, please take a photo as soon as possible and contact the shipping company to file a claim.

1. The material is made of environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and tasteless TPE. If stored for a long period of time, a slight amount of oil may seep to the surface. This is because the material’s formula contains silicone oil. This is a normal occurrence. Please gently wipe it off with a towel.

2. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents, including strong acids, strong alkalis, strong disinfectants, and detergents.

3. Once the surface is dry, apply prickly heat powder or talcum powder to the doll.
