No returns may be shipped without prior approval.<\/p>\n<p>Once the return is approved, shipping instructions will be sent via email. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and well-protected.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund<\/h2>\n<p>After we receive and verify the return, the eligible refund will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order.
