Silicone mold

Look at the width, length, depth of the openings when indicated and above all the total weight. A compact model can remain heavy; Make sure you can move and clean it easily before choosing only on appearance.

Silicone and TPE do not have the same firmness, the same weight or the same maintenance. Silicone is often less porous, while TPE can be more flexible. Always compare the composition and manufacturer's instructions.

After cleaning, drain the water and let the air circulate until the cavities dry. On a heavy model, install it on a stable surface before cleaning and do not store it yet.

A water-based lubricant is the easiest choice with a silicone surface. Avoid using a lubricant that is not indicated for compatibility, as some formulations may change the surface of the material.
