Discreet Delivery

SoldDolls orders are packaged in neutral, discreet packaging. The package does not bear any visible markings indicating the nature of the products.

Deadlines

Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout.

While some products may take longer to ship, the applicable delivery time must be indicated on the product page and in the shipping information.

Follow-up

When the carrier provides a tracking number, it is sent by email after shipment.

Delivery Issue
